Custom Order Policies

Please read this important information regarding the customization of Bleed Friendly Reusables products.

Custom Order Policies:

1. Custom orders take 1-2 weeks to complete but may take 1-2 weeks longer, depending on how many people are ahead of you (and how much homework I have haha!). Orders can not be changed or altered after being placed (unless being cancelled, please read "Important/FAQ"), so please make sure you have ordered exactly what you would like. 

2. Due to custom orders being made in the order they are received, payment must be completed before I will add you to the list of custom orders, to keep everyone's placement on the list fair.

3. I try my best to make sure I can complete each order as specified by the customer, in the rare case I run out fabric I will contact you and request a new fabric choice. If I do not receive a reply within 24 hours, I reserve the right to choose different fabric colors/patterns to complete the order. (You will be notified)

4. I reserve the right to refuse any custom order, to anyone, for any reason. As well as cancel any order (with a full refund) at any time.

5. While I want to work with everyone to find a pad that will work for them, I will not alter the templates I use to make my pads. 

*** Bleed Friendly Ruesables will not be held accountable or responsible for any injury, illness, staining, or damage resulting from the proper or improper use or cleaning of BF: Bleed Friendly products. These products are to be thoroughly cleaned before their next use (Please read "Storing, Washing, and Stain Treating). By choosing to purchase and use Bleed Friendly Reusables products you assume all responsibilities in relation to the use and cleaning of Bleed Friendly Reusables products.
