-How do I clean my pad?-
Cleaning instructions can be found by clicking on the link "Storing, Washing, and Stain Treating" located at the bottom of this website.
-Which way does my pad go?-
All pads should be placed in your underwear like a disposable pad, with the wings snapping around the crotch of your underwear. Fun patterns always face up to you, and usually solid colors go against your underwear. If you ever have trouble determining which side is the "top" of your pad, look at the stitching. The side with more stitching always goes up as well.
-What are the stars on my pads wing for?-
There are stars on one wing of all pads made before June 2016. these stars mark the absorbency of the pad.

** - Light (2)
*** - Moderate (3)
**** - Heavy (4)
This takes the guess work out of it for you!
We've now made it even easier for you, by adding a tag to the wing of each pad that says the absorbency.
-There's a line of "X color" around/through my pad, what is this?-
I use washable marker to trace the pads on the fabric used, having some visible on the pad is normal as I do not wash the final product before shipping. Please wash your pads prior to their first use, the color should wash away completely.
-What's the difference between the products with pictures and the ones with your business logo titled "Custom"?-
The products with pictures are ready to sell (RTS) products/stock. This means they are already made, and ready to ship to you.
the products with a business logo picture and the title "custom" are custom made pads. These products allow you to choose the absorbency, size, and fabric used. These pads are not already made, and will be made for you after payment is received. They are generally made and ready to ship 1-2 weeks after you order.
- I ordered some RTS pads, and they haven't shipped yet. Why?-
I generally only ship pads on Fridays. If you place an order on Friday your pads may ship that day, or the following Friday depending on what time I go to the post office and what time you ordered.
I am working on a faster shipping time, which will result in pads being shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed.
- Do you have payment plans? -
Yes, Bleed friendly Rreusables is happy to offer individual payment plans to anyone who needs them. If you are interested in learning more about our payment plans please click on "Payment Options and Policies" located in the menu to left of this page.
- What is your warranty like? -
All Bleed Friendly Reusables products have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. If you are interested in learning more, please click on "Payment Options and Policies" located in the menu to the left of this page.
- Do you accept returns? -
No, due to the personal nature of Bleed Friendly Reusables products, returns are not accepted. If your pad is damaged, please see our warranty information by clicking on "Payment Options and Policies" located in the menu to the left of this page.
