Payment options and Policies

Here you will find, payment options and details, refunds, warranty information, and returns and exchange information. 

Online Payment Options:

Paypal: Follow through the check out process. This website is set up to use Paypal to check out.

Mastercard, and Visa: All are accepted through Paypal at check out. 

Email money transfer: If you would like to pay through Email Money Transfer please contact me to place an order and arrange to pay through EMT. 

You can also fill your cart, and send me a picture/screen shot of it to place an order and pay through EMT.

Local/Pick up Payment Options:

I am located in Chilliwack, British Columbia. 

Cash: If you are local and can pick up your order, please contact me to place an order and arrange to pay with cash (does not apply to custom orders)

Visa and Mastercard: Please contact to order and Visa or Mastercard are accepted upon pick up. 

*Bleed Friendly Reusables does not accept any methods of payment that are not listed here. 

PAYMENT PLAN:

Bleed Friendly Reusables is happy to offer individual payment plans. We know that while a stash of cloth pads saves tons of money over time, the up front cost can be hard to handle for some. How it works: 

1. Contact with a screen shot or list of your order and state you need an individual payment plan. 

2. We will chat and figure out a payment plan that will work best for you. 

3. Your order will be considered sold, placed aside and held until completely paid for. Once paid for, your order will ship out or be available for pick up. 

Refunds:

Ready to ship orders: Bleed Friendly will happily refund your total order cost any time before pads are shipped or picked up. 

Custom Orders: Bleed Friendly will happily refund 80% of the total order cost any time before pads are shipped or picked up. 

*In the event that I cancel an order for any reason, 100% of your order cost will be refunded (custom and ready to ship)

Warranty:

Bleed friendly Reusables offers to replace pads that are damaged upon arrival. In the rare event that stitching comes apart, or snaps break, please contact me and I will also replace with a new pad of the same size and absorbency for up to a year after purchase. Pictures will be requested, if you do not send pictures of the damaged/broken part of the pad warranty will be denied. 

I reserve the right to deny any pad being replaced for any reason.

Returns and Exchanges:

Bleed Friendly does not accept returns or exchanges due to the personal nature of the products provided. 

*** Bleed Friendly Ruesables will not be held accountable or responsible for any injury, illness, staining, or damage resulting from the proper or improper use or cleaning of BF: Bleed Friendly products. These products are to be thoroughly cleaned before their next use (Please read "Storing, Washing, and Stain Treating). By choosing to purchase and use Bleed Friendly Reusables products you assume all responsibilities in relation to the use and cleaning of Bleed Friendly Reusables products.
